Trimble recently released Trimble® ProjectSight(TM), a cloud supported solution for managing anything like formation, access and distribution of most updated project information easily amid jobsite and the office.
Trimble ProjectSight is a simplified & low cost application for efficient field management useful for contractorsand construction managers. The project team members can access it through a Web browser as well as an iPad app and enjoy an easy to use, intuitive user interface superimposing smart, project-based workflows in a synchronized way. By accessing centralized data, the project team members can get the latest information regarding material tracking, issues reporting, information requests and critical project drawings, models and documents.
The users can also access information offline to be updated with information throughout unconnected sessions which is a regular problem in construction sites.
ProjectSight connects other solutions in Trimble’s portfolio for dealing with construction project logistics, budgets, estimates, schedules, coordination and modification in both 2D and 3D datasets. ProjectSight controls the new Trimble Connect collaboration environment for design, engineering and construction firms.
Trimble Connect facilitates the project teams to access and handle any data through a cloud platform and empowers the ProjectSight users to avail and distribute project management data via Trimble Connect users across the design-build-operate lifecycle.
One can access ProjectSight on a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) subscription basis. Project information authors disburse a low monthly subscription and can request an infinite number of project collaborators to view and annotate their files and forms without any charge.
One can apply for a 30 Day free trial version of Trimble ProjectSight as well as download the free ProjectSight iPad app from the iTunes App Store.
